LibX Public Library Edition
LibX Public Library Edition is an extension for Firefox and Internet Explorer that provides direct access to your library's resources. Patrons can use it as an easy way to find items they want in the catalog from their favorite book sites. Staff can use it to quickly and easily deep link into the catalog. It features: ![]() Toolbar & right-click context menu: Highlight the text you want, and right-click on it. This will allow you to search your library's web catalog directly. Or, you can search the catalog directly from the LibX toolbar. Support for embedded cues: LibX places icons called cues: ![]() ![]() Also, if you're visiting WorldCat, ISBN's will be underlined. These links will take you directly to that record in the catalog. Using that link is a speedy way to create links on your new material lists. Installation:
This extension works with Firefox and Internet Explorer only. It does not work with other browsers such as Safari or Opera.
